Very nice location of the beer garden directly on the Rhine. Unfortunately, a long wait for a cold currywurst with fries. The currywurst itself was one of the worst sausages I've ever eaten and the sauce didn't really look much like curry. Fries were OK ... Tables are not cleared and dirty. The crockery collection point was full ... Only for the location of the beer garden you don't have to go here, for the location you can also go to Hollis. The food is much better there and you are served ....

Very nice beer garden right on the banks of the Rhine with a view of the Rhine. Unfortunately there is no service here, but self-service is perfectly okay if you just want to have a short beer or two. The atmosphere is very nice there, especially in the evening. It is worthwhile to stop by if you are just walking past the Rhine or are in the area in general.

Got 0.4 liters of pilsner in half a glass (half full), long waiting times, cold fries, wrong drink brought and charged to the bill. Positive: Nice location

The absolute last .. This beer garden! One star too many! Flew in thirsty on today's warm summer evening ... After three quarters of an hour the beer garden with waiter 🤔 ... left again because the waiter, even after three requests to take an order, did not comply! Every time, in English, one minute ... I'm back soon ... We would have liked to wait for the food, even if it is no good as is clear in previous reviews. But for a refreshing beer 🍻 ...? We haven't experienced so much ZERO service in a long time!

The location is great .. but that's about it. The food is rather mediocre. But the worst is the bar .. You stand here if there are 5 people in front of you for about half an hour! One guy feels like doing everything .. Cash register, giving out new glasses etc .. While others are just standing around .. And then apparently they don't even have enough glasses when the beer garden is half full .. Apparently the shop doesn't want to make any money.

Staff totally overwhelmed and uncoordinated, therefore long waiting times. There wasn't even a lot going on in the beer garden since Tuesday evening. The currywurst was not of good quality, the curry sauce was a tomato sauce and the fries were fried in an old oil. Only the Radler was good. A shame, it would be a nice beer garden, but you can't eat there.

You have to be able to afford this inefficiency. A queue like free beer, three people behind the bar and only two people working, one gentleman preferred his cell phone. The orders don't seem to work either because there are not enough repeaters. How can you afford to lease in such a place and deal with customers half-heartedly? I've been there a couple of times and each time has been more than unsatisfactory. The location matters, definitely something should be changed in the management. This is lost money and many are only here on vacation, not in line for two beers for 20 minutes.

Location is awesome. But queuing for half an hour in an almost empty beer garden is not possible. The processes were a joke last year, now it's just not sustainable.

Sausage salad expensive and bad / unacceptable We tried the SB counter where you ordered the food but can not take, because the kitchen has to prepare it first. For this you get a beeper so that when it is ready you have to go back to the bar and cross the queue to pick up your food. It was not much lost (Sunday night) and had to wait 15 minutes for a simple sausage salad. The bread had to be ordered extra that was forgotten. How long do you have to wait when the beer garden is full ...! At the end you have to go to the counter for the third time to get your pawn back ... You can organize that better. When many people come, you do not have the time to prepare anything extra. That is why the traditional beer garden dishes are more advantageous. Can you spend quickly and you do not have to constantly go back and forth.
